Peace

Peace is the most obvious thing you know right now. Sure, there is a story saying that's not true, but just look right now, at your own experience, and without calling on any thoughts about anything in the past or future – no memory of the past, no fantasizing of the future – is there anything about this NOW that is not peaceful?

Anything you can name that you think is not peaceful about right now, you can be sure it lives only in the future or in the past. Right now there is only peace.
